Meet our Management Team
Jeff Styers – President / Partner
Mr. Styers is a senior level executive with more than fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology Staffing and Consulting industry. He has tremendous experience in all facets of the business including recruiting, sales, operations and management. For the last seven years, Mr. Styers has been in various executive level positions with large, international companies, as well as leading smaller local firms. Mr. Styers is responsible for the strategy and ultimate execution of Arrow Strategies. He also oversees the daily operations including recruiting, sales, and infrastructure.Mr. Styers attended the University of Michigan and is a former United States Marine. He is also a former undefeated professional boxer.
Rene Poch – Partner
Mr. Poch has over twenty years of experience in the Staffing industry with more than seven of those years in Information Technology. He has a highly successful track record, and has been involved in all areas of the staffing industry from hands-on roles to senior leadership positions. Mr. Poch graduated from Western Michigan University in 1972 and is a former instructor for The Dale Carnegie Institute. He is also a member of the Comerica Advisory Board.
Don Fraser – Vice President
Mr. Fraser has over fifteen years of experience in the staffing industry with a strong emphasis on Information Technology. He was the founding partner of Web Group LLC, a successful recruiting company (Inc. 500 in 2002) which was later purchased by Arrow Strategies LLC.
In addition to his staffing industry experience, Mr. Fraser oversaw the development and sales of recruiting software that was sold on a global scale.
